Our Story

    At Diamond H Ranch we strive to produce only the finest quality dogs who are easy on the eyes, smart, and amazing working dogs, along with being great family companions.  We are dedicated to providing happy, healthy, well-socialized puppies.

Puppies are raised on our farm and in our home.  They are socialized with people/kids and interacted with daily.  We love our dogs/puppies and treat them as family, and only offer them to the same situations.  We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can.  We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family.

With my husband, our son, and I being avid hunters, we fell in love with both the Shorty Jack and the Catahoula.  Both breeds excel well in the hunting fields.  Whether its hunting squirrels, varmints, or blood trailing deer, they're always eager to successfully get the job done! 

Our love for both breeds sparked our interest to start sharing puppies with families wanting both the perfect pet and a reliable working dog.
